Cancellation policy
I do understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule an appointment, but I would ask that you kindly give as much notice as possible so that your slot can be offered to someone else.
If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee (50% of treatment cost) will be charged.
Pregnant clients - There will be no cancellation fee for onset of labour but if possible, please can you or your partner let me know by text that you will be unable to attend.
COVID-19
The safety and well-being of my clients is a priority so you can rest assured that I am following the Association of Reflexologists COVID 19 secure hygiene guidelines to ensure my therapy room is Covid secure. A full risk assessment is carried out for each client and contact is made prior to each treatment to ensure circumstances haven’t changed. Extra time is allocated in between clients to allow for the cleaning and changing of blankets, towels and sheets. The room is well ventilated, clients are required to wear a mask (unless exempt) and are encouraged to wash hands upon arrival.
